All area crocheters, and anyone who has ever thought she’d like to learn to crochet, is invite to join a new group forming at the Jefferson public library.
The Chain Gang will hold its first get-together Monday, April 20, at the library. The group will meet Mondays from 9 to 10:30 am to crochet, and talk, and laugh, and go whatever direction the yarn leads.
Basic instruction will be provided by seasoned crocheters, so no previous experience is needed. Beginners should bring a size H crochet hook and cotton yarn. Everyone else is invited to bring their projects.
Registration for the Chain Gang is not required and there is no charge. Light refreshments will be provided. For more information, call the library at 515-386-2835.
